Reporting
on College Readiness: Information that connects colleges and schools
By Joseph D. Creech
Reporting to
high schools on how their graduates perform in college can strengthen the
connections between colleges and schools. Reporting
on College Readiness describes the reporting systems in selected states and
provides examples of the kinds of information in these reports.
College-to-school reports offer important information in most SREB states;
states, schools, and colleges and universities need to put this information to
better use.
Key
words: college and school connections, college admissions, preparation for
college, freshman performance
