Kathleen O'Neill
Kathy is the director of the Learning-Centered Leadership Program and is responsible for overall planning, design and implementation of the initiative's programs and projects. She plans professional development and nontraditional leadership preparation models for schools and school districts in urban and low-performing middle grades and high schools.

Betty Fry
As the director of leadership research and publications, Betty conducts and publishes research studies on topics relevant to preparation and development of school principals; tracks states’ progress on redesigning principal preparation, licensure and professional development; and prepares biennial policy reports.

Cheryl Gray
Cheryl is the coordinator of Leadership Curriculum Development and Training and is responsible for the development of training modules and related professional development opportunities for SREB and the Wallace Foundation.
