SREB Leadership Initiative

SREB is funded by the United States Department of Education for the Tennessee State Educational Leadership Preparation Redesign Initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to provide support for and assistance in developing preparation programs that prepare effective school leaders. Utilizing these preparation programs, school leaders will be able to implement improvement strategies that result in increased student achievement. SREB is working in partnership with local school districts and universities, and with the involvement of state policy-makers and state agencies to achieve this.
