Appendix 2: Project Administration      The SREB/NationsBank Leadership Academy demonstration project is guided by an 11-member oversight committee of business, legislative and education leaders from the SREB region. This committee monitors progress and provides direction. It also assists in project evaluation.      Alton C. Crews, a school superintendent for more than 30 years in Alabama, South Carolina and Georgia, where he most recently served as Gwinnett County superintendent for 12 years, directs the Leadership Academy.
