building, feedback, and assessment.

ENRICHMENT
Participants study the significance of
values and ethics for leadership and
learn to understand and work within
their own organizational cultures. They
explore the impact of global, national,
regional, economic, demographic,
technological, environmental and political trends on their school systems.
