President Mark Musick, who retired soon after the meeting with 30 years at SREB,

Chair) Kathleen Babineaux Blanco greets special guest Dr. Joe Lott, who just
earned his Ph.D. at Louisiana State University, the 250th doctorate awarded
under the SREB-State Doctoral Scholars Program. To Dr. Lott's-right is Dr. Rana
