Linking Higher Education Performance Indicators to Goals

Nearly all SREB states have developed performance indicators to describe how higher education is responding to what policy-makers and the public expect. This report tells what we have learned about reporting on colleges' and universities' performance; describes the kinds of information being provided; and shows how performance indicators have influenced policies and practices.
