The SREB Data Library provides a wealth of state-by-state information about elementary and secondary education, colleges and universities, and significant trends affecting them.

By connecting to the SREB Data Library, you gain access to the same extensive databases used to prepare the SREB Fact Book on Higher Education, SREB Challenge to Lead Goals for Education reports and other SREB publications.


Note: Data Library files are in Microsoft Excel for Windows format. If you do not currently have a viewer for this file format, one is available via a free download directly from Microsoft. If you have Excel installed, you can view these files by clicking on the link. Alternately, you may download the files to your local drive by the following methods: 

Microsoft Windows:
Internet Explorer: Right click on the file link, and choose "Save Target As."
Netscape Navigator: Right click on the file link and choose "Save Link As."

Macintosh:
Internet Explorer: Click and hold on the file link to produce a drop down menu. Choose "Save As."
Netscape Navigator: Click and hold on the file link to produce a drop down menu. Choose "Save Link As."
