Kathleen O'Neill, director of the Learning-Centered Leadership Program, is responsible for overall planning, design and implementation of the initiative's programs and projects. She plans professional development and nontraditional leadership preparation models for schools and school districts in urban and low-performing middle grades and high schools. (404) 879-5529

Jon Schmidt-Davis, assistant director, conducts and publishes research studies relevant to school leadership, evaluates school leadership training programs, and assists in the overall direction and implementation of SREB’s program. (404) 879-5591

Melinda Molette, research associate, leads our ongoing evaluation work with the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. (919) 986-9149

Paula Egelson, director of research for the program, conducts research studies on topics relevant to preparation and development of school principals; tracks states' progress on redesigning principal preparation, licensure and professional development; and prepares policy reports. (404) 879-5529
