Kathleen O'Neill, director of the Learning-Centered Leadership Program, is responsible for overall planning, design and implementation of the initiative's programs and projects. She plans professional development and nontraditional leadership preparation models for schools and school districts in urban and low-performing middle grades and high schools. (404) 879-5529.
Leslie Hazle Bussey, director of research for the program, conducts and publishes research studies on topics relevant to preparation and development of school principals; tracks states' progress on redesigning principal preparation, licensure and professional development; and prepares biennial policy reports. Kristie Clements, director of module development, is responsible for the development of training modules and related professional development workshops and electronic training opportunities. (404) 879-5623

Ashley Layne, project manager for the program, is responsible for registration and financial matters for the initiative's curriculum module training, study groups and annual meetings. (404) 879-5515.

Jon Schmidt-Davis is a research and evaluation specialist for School Improvement and the Learning-Centered Leadership Program. He is involved with research and evaluation projects, studies and report development. (404) 879-5591.

Teresa Valentine, editor/research assistant for the program, provides research and editorial support and also assists in the preparation and editing of the Leadership Curriculum Modules. (404) 879-5630.
