2012 HSTW Assessment

Orders for the HSTW Assessment must be submitted online using the link below. A PDF of the order form is provided so schools may collect the necessary information before submitting their order; however, paper orders sent to SREB will not be processed. Your order will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Orders may not be partially entered and completed at a later time. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been placed. If you do not receive a confirmation, your order has not been received.
