The HSTW Follow-Up Survey of Graduates provides schools with valuable information about how prepared their graduates were for post-high school pursuits. Schools that participated in the previous HSTW Assessment are eligible to participate.

This survey helps schools address important questions: How many of our students pursued postsecondary studies after graduation? How many of our students needed remedial and in which subjects? What types of jobs did our students hold after graduation and how much were they paid? What can we do to better prepare graduates for their post-high school goals?

The HSTW Follow-Up Survey of 2012 Graduates will take place in Spring 2013.
