Director, Student Access Programs and Services
Mary Larson joined the Southern Regional Education Board in 1998. She is director of student access programs and services, where she brings more than 25 years of experience working in higher education. Mary oversees a number of SREB programs that help students start or continue their education, including the Academic Common Market, Regional Contract Program, the Adult Degree Completion portal and the 16-state Electronic Campus. She also works with state authorization issues, specifically SREB’s Electronic Campus Regional Reciprocity Agreement and is director for S-SARA. Prior to SREB, she worked at Fort Lewis College. Mary has a master’s in adult education from the University of Georgia and a bachelor’s in English literature from Montana State University.
