Bill Thomas, director

Bill Thomas is director of Educational Technology for the Southern Regional Education Board. Prior to this position, he was coordinator for Technology Services, Fairfax County (Virginia) Public Schools. He has also been a school administrator, teacher and part-time college instructor. As director of the Cooperative, he provides overall leadership for educational technology policy research as well as work of the Cooperative's six task groups.

Audrey Devoe

Audrey DeVoe joined the Educational Technology Cooperative in 2006. Formerly a public and law librarian, Audrey brings important organizational skills to her position as research assistant.

June Pullen Weis

June Pullen Weis joined the Educational Technology Cooperative in 2001. As research associate, she serves as coordinator for EvaluTech and conducts research on online learning topics, SEIR*TEC projects and other technology efforts.
