Major Events in the 2008 HSTW Assessment

October 31	Deadline for sites to submit orders online.
October 31	Assessment preparation instructions are e-mailed to site coordinator when online order is placed.
October 31	Deadline for state coordinators to return paper order forms to SREB.
December 3-14	Test materials arrive at school sites.
January 7 - February 1	Assessment testing window.
February 1	Final day to return test materials to ETS. All testing materials should be returned in the original boxes with the colored mailing labels sent by ETS. (Post-mark deadline)
February 15	Final deadline for submission of completed Teacher Survey scan sheets to Test Scoring and Reporting Services at the University of Georgia.
June	ETS sends Awards of Educational Achievement and student reports to sites.
Late August/Early September	Assessment reports sent to sites in PDF format on CD-ROMs.
