High Schools That Work
Subscription Service
USA Today described High Schools That Work as
the “most ambitious and most successful dissemination” of vocational and
academic integration in the nation. SREB Senior Vice President Gene
Bottoms received the Harold W. McGraw Jr. Prize in Education for his leadership
of the program. More than 1,200 high school sites in 32 states are implementing
the HSTW proven practices for raising the achievement of career-bound
high school students.

provided to members of High Schools That Work.
This service is a way to link your agency, school or school district into a
network of states and schools that are making dramatic progress in the way they
prepare career-bound youths for success at work and in further education.
