Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center
Nashville, Tennessee — Wednesday, July 9 - Saturday, July 12, 2008

Hotels and Transportation

Hotel Reservations:

The Gaylord Opryland office will act as the booking agent for all contracted conference hotels. To reserve a room, call (866) 972-6779. Please refer to the group code N-HS07 when making reservations. As is standard practice, hotels will require a one-night deposit for each room reservation. Refunds will be given only if notice of cancellation is given more than 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date of arrival. If you are booking rooms for a block of people, special requirements may apply.

Your individual or group reservations will be held with a credit card number, check or school purchase order up to May 1, 2008, at which time you must confirm the number of rooms and occupants’ names and pay the non-refundable one-night deposit. The hotels cannot accept school purchase orders as payment for rooms. Hotels would prefer to receive payment in full 30 days prior to the conference. Reservations must be made by Monday, June 9, 2008, in order to receive the SREB room-block rate. It is advisable to reserve your rooms early, as the SREB block tends to sell out quickly.
