High Schools That Work

Building Transitions from High School to College and Careers for South Carolina's Youth

This report is based on the South Carolina Education Forum held August 3, 2005. Sponsored by the League for Innovation in the Community College and the Southern Regional Education Board, and supported by the U.S. Department of Education, the forum focused on the goals of the College and Career Transitions Initiative. The report details the outcome of the forum and suggests actions South Carolina can take to improve students’ transitions from high school to postsecondary studies and careers.
