Building Transitions from High School to College and Careers for New Jersey's Youth  (2006)

This report is based on the New Jersey Education Forum held May 25, 2005. Sponsored by the League for Innovation in the Community College and the Southern Regional Education Board, and supported by the U.S. Department of Education, the forum focused on the goals of the College and Career Transitions Initiative. The report details the outcome of the forum and suggests actions New Jersey can take to improve students' transitions from high school to postsecondary studies and careers.
