Transitioning to College and Careers from a High Schools That Work High
School
by Gene Bottoms, Marna Young and John Uhn
Learn what actions school and district leaders can take to better prepare
future high school graduates. This brief summarizes the results of the High

schools. The survey gathered information about graduates' pursuit of
postsecondary studies and careers for 18 months after high school. The brief
provides insights into how well-prepared these graduates felt they were and what
they thought their high schools should have done differently.
