Racial/Ethnic and Gender Diversity in Nursing Education

This report offers an overview of activities to increase racial/ethnic and gender diversity in nursing and nursing education in the SREB states and the District of Columbia. This inventory of resources and activities can help nurse educators to identify strategies that work and to address continuing disparities in nursing.
