This report describes progress made in Florida, Kentucky, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia on one component of the college-readiness model agenda: the design and delivery of transitional courses in reading, writing and mathematics for high school seniors who are not on track to be college- or career-ready by the end of 11th grade.
