Charting a Course for Greater Faculty Diversity

Created in 1993, the SREB-State Doctoral Scholars Program works to reduce the shortage of racial/ethnic minority faculty members at institutions of higher learning. This publication honors the program's many achievements and its graduates, including the 400th graduate and the Mark Musick Doctoral Scholar graduates. A list of all program graduates to date is provided by state.
