Deb Page is president of the International Society for Performance Improvement and founder of the The Institute for Performance Improvement, which trains and certifies school improvement facilitators, including school and district leaders, academic coaches and state and regional education agency staff.
Founded in 2012, The Institute for Performance Improvement works in collaboration with the International Society for Performance Improvement to train and certify performance improvement facilitators from across all sectors to neutrally guide collaborative coalitions for performance improvement and innovation.
A former K-12 high school teacher, Page considers herself bilingual in industry and education. She spent over 20 years in corporate training and development and performance improvement before returning to education in 2001 to lead the start-up of a state leadership institute for school improvement in her home state of Georgia.
Page is the co-author of the School Improvement Specialist Field Guide from Corwin Press and regularly contributes to publications concerning performance improvement. Her passion project is supporting the development of collaborative coalitions that bring together K-12 education, industry, government and other stakeholders to ensure all students have the competencies and experiences to succeed in learning, career and life.
