How do I get to the hotel?
If you travel by airplane:
Shuttle service to and from the New Orleans airport and the Marriott New Orleans will be provided by Limousine Livery.
- Shuttle hours are: Thursday 10/31: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM and Sunday 11/3: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (buses will leave about every half-hour, but more frequently during peak times)
- When you come down to baggage claim, look for the Institute logo. A greeter will be onsite at that point to check you in and assist you in getting your luggage. The greeter will then connect you with the bus drivers to get loaded onto their correct shuttle and head off to the hotel.
- If you are arriving outside of shuttle operation times, just find a taxi or rideshare and ask them to take you to the New Orleans Marriott, 555 Canal St.
If you travel by car:
If you are driving in, we suggest valet parking at the hotel. The cost is $49 per day.
How do I access WiFi at the hotel?
We will have WiFi in the Registration area and in the Recruiters Hall (more details to come about this). There will be no WiFi in the meeting spaces, however.
To access the WiFi in your sleeping room, you’ll need to create a Marriott Bonvoy account, which is free. You can do that here: https://www.marriott.com/loyalty/member-benefits.mi.
When you check in, we suggest mentioning your Bonvoy membership and asking for the WiFi access information.
How can I become an Institute Sponsor?
