New Institute Participation Criteria for SREB

Scholar Eligibility Old Criteria, 1994-2016 New Criteria, 2017…
DSP Graduate between Oct. 2017 – Oct. 2018 N/A SREB pays registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. Scholar pays travel.
DSP Graduate prior to Oct. 2017.  SREB pays registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. Scholar pays travel. SREB pays lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. Scholar pays travel & registration.
Scholar who is matriculating and receiving SREB support*. SREB pays travel, registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. SREB pays travel, registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals.
Scholar who is matriculating, but cycled out of SREB support*. SREB pays registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. Scholar pays travel.

For the first 25 scholars who register, SREB pays registration, lodging (double occupancy), conference meals. Scholar pays travel.

For those that register after the 25th person, SREB pays lodging (double occupancy) and conference meals. Scholar pays travel and registration.

*NOTE: SREB support is defined as any scholar who has all expenses paid to attend the institute.

Scholar identified Faculty Mentor SREB pays all expenses (travel, registration, lodging, conference meals) for faculty mentor(s) to attend the Institute two times of the three years the scholar is supported. SREB pays all expenses (travel, registration, lodging, conference meals) for faculty mentor(s) to attend the Institute one time of the three years the scholar is supported.
