Substitutions, Cancellations and Refunds
Attendees can be substituted by logging into the registration system and updating the information for the attendee being replaced. You may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (404) 875-9211 for assistance. No fee will be charged for a substitution.
If an attendee needs to cancel their registration and a substitute cannot be found, please contact us at email@example.com or (404) 875-9211 for assistance. Cancellations will be accepted without penalty through February 3, 2017. After February 3, cancellation will result in a $100 fee per attendee.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made by February 3, 2017. Refunds for cancellations after February 3 will be subject to a $100 fee per attendee. If there is an exceptional circumstance (injury, illness, death, weather delay, etc) which forces the attendee to cancel immediately prior to the workshop and they would like a full refund, such requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
