As policymakers and education leaders address technology changes in the workforce, among their first challenges will be finding fully prepared teachers to help all students reach their academic and career goals. This session examines the struggle states report in balancing adequate numbers of teachers to fill classrooms with the need for high-quality teachers to ensure that students learn at high levels.
