Charlotte Dailey is a program specialist with the Southern Regional Education Board, working in open educational resources with the postsecondary education team. Charlotte comes to SREB from Alcorn State University where she managed federally funded grants to provide farm management education for new, beginning farmers and ranchers in Mississippi. 

As a long-standing advocate for education, she holds degrees in business administration and higher education. Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit management, program development, and project management.
