Registration

Registration for the Institute is by invitation only. All attendees including speakers, recruiters, scholars, and guests to the Institute must register online. A LOGIN ID and instructions on how to register will be issued by SREB to all invitees.

Scholars

The cost for one scholar to attend the Institute is $1,118 before September 12 and $1,168 after September 12. This covers the following:

• Lodging in a double room (2 persons per room) for 3 nights @ $106/night/scholar for a total of $318 per scholar

• Registration fee (includes all conference materials and 7 meals Thursday evening reception to Sunday morning brunch, excluding dinner on Saturday) - $800 per scholar (if registered before September 12) or $850 per scholar (if registered after September 12).

Directors/Coordinators/Guests

The cost for one Director/Coordinator/Guest to attend the Institute is $1,433 before September 12 and $1,483 after September 12. This covers the following:

• Lodging in a single room (1 person) for 3 nights @ $211 per night for a total of $633 per director/coordinator

• Registration fee (includes all conference materials and 7 meals Thursday evening reception to Sunday morning brunch, excluding dinner on Saturday) - $800 per director/coordinator (if registered before September 12) or $850 per director/coordinator (if registered after September 12).

Evaluation Instructions

We value your feedback! Receiving your completed evaluation form is the only way we can record and quantify your Institute experience. Providing feedback informs us of what works or does not work so that we are able to create a valuable overall Institute experience.
Please read through the instructions on completing individual workshop and overall evaluations.

Concurrent Sessions

In the mobile app, click on Schedule and choose the session you attended and open the Session Details. Look for the Survey tab at the bottom to give feedback on the session.

Evaluations

In the mobile app, click on Schedule and scroll all the way to the bottom. Click on the Brunch and Closing Session and then look for the Survey tab at the bottom to give your feedback on the Institute overall.

Direct link to the Overall Institute Survey will be available at the close of the Institute.

For each session or overall evaluation that you complete, you will be entered in a drawing to win a cash prize! The limit is five entries (one for each of the four concurrent session blocks plus the overall evaluation).

Institute Reimbursement Guidelines

SREB Scholars, Sloan Scholars and Presenters who have eligible expenses should read through the Institute Reimbursement Guidelines for instructions. All reimbursement forms must be submitted no later that November 15, 2025 to Veda Overton-Houston.
