The 2014 HSTW Staff Development Conference will be held on July 16-19, 2014 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Connections Housing will act as the booking agent. To reserve a room, please call (404) 842-0000 or visit the online reservation system.

Remember to ask for the 2014 SREB Conference rate when booking your reservation.

As is standard practice, hotels will require a one-night deposit for each room reservation. Refunds will be given only if cancellations are made at least seven days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. By June 6, 2014, each room must list each occupant’s name and a valid method of payment for the one-night deposit. Credit cards and checks are considered valid methods of payment; school purchase orders will not be accepted.

Please call Connections Housing at (404) 842-0000 or (800) 262-9974 with any questions regarding hotel reservations.

NOTICE REGARDING HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Be sure to make your reservations with our official housing service Connections Housing. Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies other than Connections Housing that imply an affiliation with the SREB or the 28th Annual HSTW Staff Development & CCRS Networking Conference. Past registrants have reported that they:
  • Could not confirm the significant discounts originally offered
  • Experienced a loss of deposits
  • Were relocated with no warning
  • Did not receive reservations at the hotel they had thought was confirmed.

Reservations made through an agency other than Connections Housing will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Show Management at kimberly@connectionshousing.com.
