Director of Legislative Services

Position Description 

SREB seeks a candidate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, shift to new projects quickly and work on multiple assignments with speed and accuracy. This position will report to the vice president of state services and will be an integral part of the state services team. This is a professional position with considerable responsibility, and SREB is looking for a self-directed, hard-working candidate with the capacity for self-improvement and building a knowledge base.

Policy Analyst

Position Description

SREB seeks an experienced policy analyst with a proven track-record in analyzing education data and policy and in communicating complex policy issues to a variety of constituencies. The successful candidate will be able to research, analyze, synthesize, and communicate complex education policy issues clearly.

Position and Project Description

The research associate works with the director, assistant director and other staff to carry out the tasks of the Benchmarking College- and Career-Readiness Standards project.
