Recruiters

General Information

Recruiting at the Institute on Teaching and Mentoring is by invitation only. However, if you have never attended a past Institute as a recruiter and wish to do so, contact Institute.Info@sreb.org.

Institutions that want to participate as a Recruiter at the Institute must receive a LOGIN ID from SREB to register. 

Invitations to recruit at the Institute on Teaching and Mentoring will be sent via email in early Spring.

Fees for Recruiter Institutions

Fees for Recruiter Institutions: $2,000 per booth

Included in the fees are: 

• One standard table
• All conference meals 
• One-year subscription to the Scholar Directory
• Registration for one (1) staff member from your institution
• Registration for an additional staff member to attend the conference is $425 per person by September 12, 2025. Registration increases to $475 on September 13, 2025.

Registration Refund/Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please notify SREB via email at Institute.Info@SREB.org. Refunds will be issued for cancellations received via e-mail by September 30, 2025 at 5 PM ET.

Please send request(s) for refunds via email to Veda Overton-Houston. No refunds will be issued on any cancellations received after the September 30, 2025 at 5 PM ET deadline.

Institutional Sponsor Levels

All Sponsorship levels include:

• Name of the institution and logo on signage at the 2025 Institute
• Acknowledgement in the Institute Program
• Logo in the Recruiter List in Mobile App
• Social media post upon execution of Sponsor Agreement

Diamond Sponsorship - $20,000 

• Your logo on the login page of the conference wifi and your organization’s name or initials as the password

Friends of the Institute (Multiple) – $500

The “Friends of the Institute” sponsorship is available to recruiters and attendees alike and will include recognition on the Institute event sponsorship page and acknowledgement in the Institute Program.

If your institution will not be attending the Institute as a recruiter or guest

• $450 for a full page (7.5 in. x 10 in.)
