Important Deadlines & Conference Schedule 

  • Booking Cutoff: Monday, June 21, 2027 (Rooms sell out quickly; book early)
  • Conference Dates: Tuesday, July 13 (Registration opens 8:00 AM) – Friday, July 16 (Ends at 12:00 PM / Noon) 

Room Rates & Pricing 

All rates are per night (exclusive of taxes and fees) for July 13–16, 2027:

Single / Double Occupancy $149.00 – $219.00 / night
Triple / Quad Occupancy $169.00 – $245.00 / night

Key Booking & Payment Policies 

  • Booking Agent: Connections Housing — Call (404) 842-0000 or book online.
  • Payment Methods: Credit cards and checks* accepted
  • Sub-Block and Individual Occupant Names: All sub-blocks and individual occupant names must be listed on the room reservation no later than May 25th, 2027, any remaining rooms after this date will be released back to general sale. 

*Please note, checks need to include tax/fees and are due no later than May 25th, 2027. Connections Housing is not tax-exempt and cannot accept payments without tax. To pay the hotel directly, you will need to do so after June 25th, 2027. School purchase orders are NOT accepted.

  • Accessible Rooms: Indicate ADA preferences on your rooming list under “Preferences” when booking.
