Cancellations and Refunds
If you registered for the in-person conference and do not wish to attend the virtual conference, you may cancel and receive a full refund with no penalty. To cancel and receive a full refund, use the login and password from your registration confirmation to access our Attendee Service Center, then click on the Edit Your Registration page, and select Cancel Registration.
You may also convert your in-person registration to a virtual registration at no penalty and receive a refund of the difference between the in-person and virtual registration rates. You do not need to take any action to have your in-person registration converted to virtual. SREB will convert all current in-person conference registrations to virtual conference registrations beginning April 5. Refunds for the price difference will be made in May to your original method of payment.
Virtual conference cancellations: You may cancel your virtual conference registration up to the first day of the conference, July 6, 2021, without penalty. Because all of our virtual conference sessions will be available on-demand for more than 30 days after the conference, cancellations during the week of the conference will not be permitted. SREB will consider extraordinary circumstances for a cancellation on a case-by-case basis. Please email us.
