Becca Silver is an expert in instructional coaching and leadership development with more than two decades of experience supporting educators, coaches and school leaders.

She is the founder of The Whole Educator and host of the Coaching the Whole Educator podcast, where she focuses on practical strategies for coaching adults and navigating resistance to change. Becca’s work centers on a human-centered approach that integrates adult development, the Catalyst Mindsets framework and research-based coaching practices.

She holds a master’s in organizational leadership and learning with a focus on human development. Silver provides professional learning for organizations such as ASCD, Learning Forward, the Southern Regional Education Board, state departments of education and CoachFest.

Her work equips coaches and leaders to strengthen educator capacity, improve instructional practice and guide continuous improvement efforts.
