Becca Silver
Featured Speaker: Coaching That Works Learning Community
Becca Silver is an expert in instructional coaching and leadership development with more than two decades of experience supporting educators, coaches and school leaders.
She is the founder of The Whole Educator and host of the Coaching the Whole Educator podcast, where she focuses on practical strategies for coaching adults and navigating resistance to change. Becca’s work centers on a human-centered approach that integrates adult development, the Catalyst Mindsets framework and research-based coaching practices.
Kanisa Williams
Featured Speaker: Coaching That Works Learning Community
Kanisa Williams is a senior academic coach coordinator and educational consultant with more than two decades of experience in K–12 education. She supports a network of over 200 instructional coaches, leads work within the district’s coaching pipeline and partners with school, and district leaders to strengthen instructional systems, build educator capacity and advance sustainable school improvement.
