Kanisa Williams is a senior academic coach coordinator and educational consultant with more than two decades of experience in K–12 education. She supports a network of over 200 instructional coaches, leads work within the district’s coaching pipeline and partners with school, and district leaders to strengthen instructional systems, build educator capacity and advance sustainable school improvement.

She is known for designing transformative, research-informed structures that help teams clarify expectations, improve instructional practice and create conditions where both teachers and students can thrive. Empower., she develops learning experiences and leadership tools that support coaching, instructional leadership and organizational development.
