This learning community will be composed of current state, district and school administrators dedicated to building stronger school communities. Members will use SREB’s Powerful Leadership Practices to drive continuous improvement.

Bethany Wilson
Featured Speaker: Leadership That Works Learning Community
Bethany Wilson is the principal of Gladeville Middle School in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, a school she opened in 2019. Under her leadership, Gladeville Middle School has achieved Level 5 Composite TVAAS Growth for five consecutive years and earned the designations of Reward School and Letter Grade A School for the last three years.
