Building on the significant conversations from our previous program meetings, we are thrilled to invite you to reconnect with colleagues, and engage in collaborative problem-solving around state issues impacting postsecondary education—from online course sharing and the annual Student Success Summit—to a closer look at how SREB uses data to guide student success-centered decisions.

Feel free to download the tentative agenda to review programming or support your agency’s travel approval process. Additional event details, including the official agenda and other meeting materials, will be shared with registered participants via email prior to the convening. 

Meeting and Travel Logistics

SREB will pay for one representative per program, designated from each institution or agency to attend the convening. This includes airfare, hotel accommodations, and travel to and from the airport. Each designated representative must confirm attendance by completing the registration questionnaire at the end of these instructions. If you wish to bring multiple people from your organization, you must cover the associated costs, while taking advantage of SREB’s contracted hotel rates.

1. AIR TRAVEL – To ensure that we obtain the best flight rates, please make your travel arrangements as soon as possible. Please complete your flight reservations prior to registering: BOOK YOUR FLIGHT 

Unless special arrangements are made with SREB, travel should be booked no later than two weeks before the event. You will receive an e-itinerary from Travel, Inc., to review and approve. Once you approve your e-itinerary, your flight will be booked.

2. REGISTRATION – Complete the attendance questionnaire below.

3. HOTEL – SREB will make hotel room reservations for registered attendees. SREB staff will provide attendees with hotel confirmation numbers a few days before the meeting.

4. DEADLINE - Please complete your registration – travel booking and attendance questionnaire - no later than COB Friday, August 21, 2026.
