Representatives Brian Biggs of Trinity, Gloristine Brown of Bethel, Frances Jackson of Fayetteville, Brandon Lofton of Charlotte and Heather Rhyne of Lincolnton, and Senators Jay J. Chaudhuri of Raleigh, Kevin Corbin of Franklin and Bobby Hanig of Powells Point are gubernatorial appointees to the Council.
