Instructional Coach
Keshia Pearson is a School Improvement Instructional Coach with the Southern Regional Education Board, specializing in mathematics education, instructional improvement and educator development. She holds a B.S. in Traditional Mathematics and an M.Ed. in Secondary Mathematics Education, with more than 25 years of experience in classroom instruction, instructional coaching and school improvement leadership.
Prior to joining SREB, Keshia served as a mathematics instructional coach in Clayton and Fulton Counties, Georgia, supporting educators and school leaders in implementing evidence-based instructional practices and systematic improvement strategies that contributed to schools exiting Needs Improvement Status. Her expertise includes standards-aligned instructional design, mathematics pedagogy, professional learning, student engagement, and continuous improvement. A reflective lifelong learner, Keshia is committed to connecting research and practice to strengthen educator capacity, advance instructional quality, and improve student learning outcomes.
