Cancellations and Refunds

Registrants unable to attend or send a substitute to the meeting may obtain a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Please note that the deadline for attendees to request a registration refund is October 11, 2019. Initial registrations submitted after October 11 are considered final.

Up to five attendees can register on this form, including the first registrant and four others. To ensure a confirmation of registration for all subsequent registrants, their individual emails are required.
