Profile

Aimee Wyatt is the Director of Leadership and Professional Learning for the Southern Regional Education Board. She develops tools to support continuous improvement efforts as well as provides professional learning for SREB staff, schools, districts and states. Formerly, she was the Executive Officer for High Schools for Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools and has over 30 years of experience as a district supervisor, executive principal, assistant principal, middle and high school teacher and consultant. As one of the pioneers of the Academies of Nashville, Aimee has been instrumental in elevating expectations for college and career readiness. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University in the Educational Leadership doctoral and masters programs.

Aimee completed her B.A. degree in political science and Spanish at Loyola University, a M.S. degree in secondary education at Loyola University, an Ed.S. degree in K-12 administration at Middle Tennessee State University, and an Ed.D. degree in leadership organizations and strategic change at Lipscomb University.
