Advanced Career’s comprehensive point-of-need assistance helps districts and schools implement Advanced Career STEM Pathway Academies curricula with fidelity to ensure AC students achieve the best possible outcomes.

AC Help Desk

Teachers, administrators and counselors may contact the AC Help Desk year-round. The AC team strives to return all messages within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours.

Monday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 5:45 p.m. EST
Friday: 7 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. EST

AC Help Desk Topics

The AC team provides electronic support for a variety of topics. The following lists are not all-inclusive:
