Linda Tyree leads the Crisis Recovery Support Network at SREB, managing, directing and providing professional learning for the crisis recovery counselors across the SREB region. She joined SREB in 2025, bringing more than 35 years of experience in the public education sector. Linda served as a teacher, school counselor and school safety consultant. She led crisis response teams in Kentucky at both the regional and state level. She is also a past president of the Kentucky School Counselor Association. 

Sandy Culotta is a senior school improvement leadership coach. She joined the Southern Regional Education Board in 2010 as a school improvement consultant. She brings more than 40 years of experience working on issues of education policy and practice in the public education sector. Sandy has provided consultant services to schools and districts in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and New Jersey in the redesign of high schools based on the High Schools That Work’s (HSTW) framework. She previously served as the manager of project-based learning in career pathway courses.

Dale Winkler was named vice president of school improvement in April 2018. He joined the Southern Regional Education Board in 2015 as special assistant to the senior vice president of the organization’s school improvement team, where he brings more than 19 years of experience working on issues related to leadership and policy in the area of college and career readiness.
